The effects of stress on the immune system are well documented. Whilst some stress can have a positive effect on the immune system, prolonged chronic stress has a detrimental effect. Patient QI found one study published in 2012 which showed that two different microimmunotherapy formulas had an effect of increasing lymphocyte counts and total white cell counts in a patient with lymphopenia and leucopenia related to long term stress. One formula, 2LEID increased leucocyte counts but did not improve stress related anxiety and depression. The other formula 2LMISEN, increased leucocyte counts and reduced anxiety and depression.
