Female Sexual Function Test

A person's sexual needs and functioning are highly individual, and what is considered normal for one may not be normal for another person.   The Patient QI quiz has been designed as a personal help not as a method of  diagnosis. If as a result of doing this quiz, you feel you need help, seek the advice of a qualified counsellor or health professional.
The quiz is all about your sex life over the past month.  If the past month was unusual in this respect, we suggest you do the quiz for a month that is more representative of your usual sexual behaviour.
Read the following explanations before starting the quiz.

 Your Results

Score  > 60
This score indicates that sexual functioning is  within the healthy range.  Have a look at any questions where your answer resulted in a low score (less than 3). These questions indicate an area that you could concentrate on to improve sexual health, if it is something that troubles you.
Score 35 - 60
This score indicates that sexual functioning is below what would  generally be considered to be healthy. However, as we have already explained, what is healthy for one person is not necessarily healthy for another.  Have a look at the questions where your answer resulted in a particularly low score (less than 3) and decide if those areas are really bothering you and if they are, seek out help or advice from a qualified health professional / sex counsellor.
Score  < 35
A score less than 35 indicates low sexual functioning and it would be best to seek  help from a qualified health professional / sex counsellor.
Important note: if the score is low because you have answered the questions based on no sexual activity, due to not having a sexual partner, do the test again based on sexual activity from  self stimulation.
