A high score usually means that you are going through some real stressful challenges at the moment. You may well have fallen into the trap of using bad coping mechanisms. Have a look at your answers to the questions and see if you can work on reducing those bad coping strategies and adding in a few of the good ones. You will also be able to get some ideas on lifestyle changes, treatments and therapies that will help you to manage your stress through any difficult times.
